All orders received before 14:00 are typically processed within 1 working day, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer 4 shipping rates, which are dependant on the value of your order. Items are shipped via Australia Post. Please feel free to contact us before ordering.

RowPairs pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free collection from the RowPairs Repair Centre in Geelong VIC. Collection is typically available from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

Collection is also possible from certain regattas that we're attending. Please contact us to see what's possible before ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow upto 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
